All Campfire sites are available by reservation only!
A campfire site at Roba Family Farms is a perfect fall activity. You can bring your own picnic and cooking supplies or purchase food from any of our Treats to Eat locations. Bring your camera, flashlights for evening use, and an extra jacket for the crispy fall evenings. We'll get your fire started and supply the wood, picnic tables and benches to sit on.
Fees and Times
Campfire sites - $50.00 per site (plus General Admission)
Party tent with campfire site is $80.00 per site (plus General Admission)
Roba Big Top with two campfires $250 from 12 to 4 [or] 5 to 9 [or] $400 from 12 to 9 (plus General Admission)
Daytime Campfire Site Hours:
We have campfire sessions daily from 11am- 3pm and noon to 4pm, depending on which site you choose.
Evening Campfire Site Hours:
5-9pm — Fridays and Saturdays
5-9pm — Sunday, October 8th
Note: Campfire sites can accommodate approximately 40 to 50 guests and the Roba Big Top is suggested for anything over 100 people.
The cancellation of campfire sites and party tent campfire sites will have a $5 cancellation fee. The cancellation must be done 5 days in advance and you will receive a refund for the balance. There will be no refund if you call less than 5 days from your scheduled reservation time. Deadline for cancellations:
- Friday sites must be cancelled by 5PM on Sunday.
- Saturday sites must be cancelled by 5PM on Monday.
- Sunday sites must be cancelled by 5PM on Tuesday.
If Roba Family Farms is closed due to inclement weather on the day of your scheduled visit, a full refund will be given or an alternate date will be arranged. All changes and cancellations must be done by calling the farm at 570-563-2904.
Large Group Tent
Our Roba Big Top is available by reservation only. It is a tent to accommodate large groups, and it includes two campfire sites, benches and tables. It is ideal for family gatherings, business events, and church and civic outings. Food voucher plans can be designed for your group (advance purchase only), by calling the farm.
A ticket package (non-refundable) is available for groups of twenty (20) or more. This package may be purchased on-line and includes all events or attractions covered by General Admission. Food voucher plans can be designed for your group (advance purchase only), by calling the farm. Not valid with any other offer. Children 2 and under free.
- Paid admission is required for everyone attending the campfire site.
- All guests should go directly to our Admission Barn for a wristband.
- There is a NO ALCOHOL policy here on the farm.
- Buy food here, or bring your own (remember your cooking utensils).
- No grills.
- No electricity available on the farm.
- NO VEHICLES allowed beyond the main parking area, wagons are located near the admission barn.
